Conveniently located next to Altakhassusi hospital & surrounded by all kinds of fast food restaurants & other services including Al Danube supermarket. Had all the basic needs in the room (comfortable beds, fridge, ironing board, safebox, balcony..) there is even a gym & parking.. staff were super professional & friendly & catered to all our needs & more. Price is very affordable as well… 👍👍👍

The facility is realy clean and well run. the rooms are spacious, tidy and very well organised. Beautiful hotel and definately worth a stay.

This hotel has a great wifi signal and the staff is incredibly friendly, always wearing a smile. It's conveniently located near a large supermarket and numerous restaurants offering a variety of cuisines such as Japanese, burgers, pizza, breakfast, cafe, seafood, and shawarma. The best part is that these dining options are only a 1-2 minute walk away. Every time I stay at this hotel, I feel a sense of warmth and belonging, making it my second home.

- extremely helpful and friendly staff - spacious room - long check-in time (until 11 pm) - small and cozy balcony - perfect cleanliness - superb surrounding for having food (supermarket and dozen of restaurants just next door) - good location to visit historical sights - wifi was stable and good

The staff were very friendly and supportive especially Mishael and Abdulrahman special thanks to them. The service was excellent and room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. There are many stores, cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket only a few steps from the hotel. Location was great for the purpose I came for.

The property was clean and modern, it was what I expected, 3 star basic hotel, Bed no Breakfast. I mainly choose it because it was close to King Faisal Hospital, could be cheaper nut the value for money was acceptable for the prices in Riyadh.

The location is in the heart of Riyadh, spacious rooms with Balcony for some fresh air in room. The staff is extremely supportive especially Mr. Saleem who cares to make the stay extremely satisfactory and he was great support during our stay. All the staff was friendly and very supportive. Unfortunately breakfast is not serviced in the hotel however lots of restaurants and large hyper market is within walking distance like few steps away from hotel entrance

One of the few hotels I've found in Riyadh that is right above a supermarket. No need to cross road or walk far. A lot of convenient eateries and cafe below the hotel too. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

location is excellent very clean with nice smell staff very friendly and show high respect and appreciation the staff value there customers bell man and cleaners are frindly and polite the cofee man very polite
